To celebrate the 4th of July – America’s Birthday – we took an American icon – Charlie Brown – and America’s favorite pastime – Baseball – and created the ultimate patriotic Tuesday Tribute. Charlie Brown and Lucy Van Pelt are staple characters in American history and promote the American dream through Charlie’s permanent case of bad luck but endless determination. Lucy perpetuates Charlie’s un-success specifically through a recurring running gag. Although, Lucy is sometimes willing to help make Charlie Brown a better person by offering advice, whether he wants it or not. The spirit of America runs deep and is only enhanced through their involvement in baseball and of course, American made shoes!
